CAD CONCEPT DESIGN

Conceptual engineering is an important phase of the CAD CONCEPT DESIGNdevelopment process, in which rapid idea capture is paramount. Conceptual design is the explicit construction of ideas or concepts to visualize a product and for alternative designs to evolve. ANCADD will take your product from Concept to Reality. Based on customer specifications, we will evaluate numerous concepts and develop the one that best fits the needs. Product Cost, Time to Market and Product Quality are our primary concerns. Our concept design process encompasses digital visualization with 3D layout for packaging studies. While we design we will take care of the down steam applications like simulation, tool design and manufacturing.
 

AUTOMATION

CAD/CAM software packages offer very versatile and generic capabilities that can be reasonably used "out-of-the-box" by most users. However, customization of software functionality can significantly boost productivity of the design office, while improving compliance with company standards and practices. Legacy Conversion:
Old drawings on paper or from an old CAD package can be converted to the latest CAD packages. We ensure cost effectiveness, consistent quality and quick turnaround.

Assembly
After creation of the part models, the different parts can be assembled for interference checks, tolerance analysis and mass property calculations. Digital Mockup (DMU) can be simulated to visualize the functioning of the part.
 

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Our infrastructure facilities coupled with the rich and vast experience of our engineers enable us to undertake a wide array of reverse engineering assignments. REVERSE ENGINEERINGBoth contact (CMM/ Faro Arm) and non-contact methods (White Light Scanner/ Laser Scanner) are used to best suit the cost & application requirements of our Customers. Our engineers have the expertise to handle profiles from the simple to the most complex.

A Customer's part, mould, die or template is physically scanned to capture and model the piece. This data is manipulated according to the customer's needs. The process is often used to keep the same shape but change original dimensions. (i.e., mirroring, scaling, inverting). We use the best scanning methods as suited for your task.

REVERSE ENGINEERINGReverse engineering is a viable method to create 3D manufacturing models from existing parts and system components. The process involves disassembly, inspection, measuring a component, and reconstructing it as a 3D Cad model. Once captured, the part can be manufactured anywhere to specified tolerances and materials. Reverse engineering is often done due to obsolete documentation or when the original builder is no longer available.
